Aspis Bio

Connectors

Exports should be chosen, not assumed

Dropbox and Labguru are explicit workflow connectors for Android and iPhone users. Aspis Bio keeps connector secrets server-side where possible and avoids silent cloud movement of local Lab Book content.

Dropbox

App-folder backup and export

Dropbox connection uses an OAuth broker Worker. The Dropbox client secret stays outside the Android and iPhone apps. Tokens are returned through a one-time exchange code and then stored by the app using device secure storage.

Dropbox exports are intended for the Aspis Bio app folder. Lab Book backups use constrained paths for manifests and notes; selected analysis exports use explicit manifest paths.

Labguru

Sanitized Lab Book export

Labguru export is proxied through the Aspis Bio API Worker. The Labguru API token stays server-side, and the Android/iPhone app sends selected Lab Book payloads rather than carrying Labguru credentials.

Payloads are designed to include notes, tags, metadata, attachment names or kinds, and manifests. Local file paths are redacted from cloud payloads.
